Refund policy
At PAX, every single piece is individually crafted and made-to-order specifically for you. Because we do not carry mass inventory or warehouse stock, all sales are final. We ask that you carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and measurements before completing your purchase.
1. Damages, Defects, & Manufacturing Errors
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size due to an error on our part, we will absolutely make it right.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

You must contact us at paxclosupport@gmail.com within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the defect or damage.

If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will cover the costs to produce and ship a replacement piece to you, or issue a full refund.
2. Size Exchanges
Because garments are made-to-order, we generally cannot accept exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered. To ensure a perfect fit, please refer closely to the detailed size specs provided on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, streetwear fit.
(Optional Alternative: If you want to allow exchanges) > Alternative Exchange Policy: If your garment does not fit the way you hoped, we accept exchanges for a different size within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Because items are made-to-order, please note that a new production window will apply to your exchange item.
3. Cancellations
Because our production pipeline begins moving quickly, order cancellations or modifications can only be requested within [e.g., 24 hours] of purchase. Once an item has entered the cutting or manufacturing phase, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a defect or error, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
