Shipping & Production Policy

Because we are deeply committed to quality, sustainability, and intentional design, PAX operates on a made-to-order production model. Instead of mass-producing garments that sit in a warehouse, each piece is individually crafted, cut, and sewn after your order is officially placed. This process allows us to minimize waste and ensure the highest standard of construction for every single item.

  • Made-to-Order Window: Please allow [Insert Timeline, e.g., 2 to 4 weeks] for your items to be manufactured and prepared for shipment.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after checkout. Once your piece finishes production and passes our quality control inspection, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has completed the production phase, it will be handed off to our shipping carriers. Estimated transit times begin after the production window is complete:

  • Standard Shipping: [Insert Transit Time, e.g., 3–5 business days]

Please note: Opting for express shipping only accelerates the carrier's transit time; it does not speed up the initial production and manufacturing process.

If your order includes both made-to-order items and in-stock items (such as accessories or stickers), the entire order will ship together once the made-to-order pieces are complete. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Delays & Unexpected Holds

While we work hard to hit our production windows, minor delays can occasionally happen during the manufacturing process. If your order is expected to take longer than the stated window, our team will proactively reach out to you with an updated timeline.
